Enhance Pickleball Shipping Policy

At Enhance Pickleball, we strive to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the time of purchase.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • If there are any delays or issues with your order, we will notify you via the contact information provided at checkout.

Shipping Methods

  • Standard expedited shipping is the only shipping method available for all orders.
  • Orders are shipped from our warehouses in California or Illinois, depending on your delivery address.
  • Shipping methods cannot be modified once the order is placed.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • We do our best to deliver orders within 2-4 business days.
  • However, in some cases, shipping can take 7-10 days due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or supply chain disruptions.
  • Enhance Pickleball is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order and the destination address.
  • Shipping costs will be displayed during checkout before you finalize your order.

Order Tracking

  • You can track your order using the carrier’s online tracking system.

International Shipping

  • Enhance Pickleball ships internationally, including to Southeast Asia and India, though shipping costs are higher.
  • International shipping times vary based on the destination and customs processing.
  • Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@enhancepickleball.com.
  • We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but once an order has been shipped, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your shipment is damaged or lost during transit, contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide photos or videos of damaged items and packaging to initiate a claim.
  • If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Address Accuracy

  • Customers must ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
  • Enhance Pickleball is not responsible for orders delayed or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
