Enhance Padel Return, Refund & Replacement Policy
At Enhance Padel, we stand behind the quality of our products — starting with the SweetSpot Pro paddle. Our goal is to make sure you're confident in your purchase and fully satisfied with your experience.
🛍️ General Return & Refund Policy
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To qualify:

The paddle must be unused or only lightly tested
(No scratches, chips, or visible wear) -
It must be returned in its original packaging with proof of purchase

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

A $15 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund
We do not accept returns for paddles that show signs of use, including court rash, edge damage, or grip wear.
🔁 Try With Confidence
We want you to love your paddle — which is why we offer a Try With Confidence promise. If you lightly test the paddle and it’s not the right fit, you can return it within 14 days as long as it’s still in near-new condition.
⚠️ Defective or Damaged Paddles
If your paddle arrives damaged or defective:

Include your order number and clear photos or video

Once approved, we’ll send a free replacement — no return needed
🇪🇺 EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If you're located in the European Union, you're entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
To qualify:

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the item
